Forum URL: uptown-dollies.proboards.com/Good morning to everyone: I'm not sure if there is any solution to my issue. I am a "former" admin of a board I ran a couple of years back now. I had my email and password...but due to unforseen life circumstances and moving, I temporary closed the board except to myself. I would like to get back to the board, however, it now says it doesn't recognize my email address. I am pretty sure that is the email address I originally set the board up under. There is a small possibility it might have been under a temporary email I used to have, but I no longer even remember what it was. UPDATE: May have found the other email address. I actually had to "re-register" on this board to even get on this board for help. Is there any way of my being able to re access my old board, or is it lost forever? I put the URL in this post. My memory is so foggy, I'm not sure what other information I could provide on this. I actually had my password and email written down, but I can't even remember my username. Proboards won't take it. I understand if I lost it, I lost it......but I was really hoping to try to get it back. I didn't know if ProBoards went under any sort of changes that it may not recognize me any longer. It's been a while. Thanks for any assistance anyone can give. Apologies if this post is not on the correct board.

Hi,
If you have access to the email associated with the account, you can try using the "forgot your password?" link just underneath where you input your password. On the following screen, input your email or username (if you created the board, your username will be admin). This will send an email with a link (that is valid for an hour) to reset your password.
If you don't have access to the email anymore, there's probably not a lot to be done since that what is used to identify you.
