I rewatch "Firefly" and "Big Bang Theory", but mostly I don't like watching something I've already seen. We just finished binging "Lucifer" and "Anne with an E" on Netflix, but seldom binge a show. I like watching weekly, rather than a whole bunch at a time.
Currently, though, we're heavily involved in watching all the holiday sappy movies on Hallmark, GAC, and Lifetime.

Star Trek - The Next Generation " " - Deep Space Nine " " - Voyager The Next Generation with Data, Picard and crew is the best of the 3 for me and I can't really say how many times I have watched that series and episodes over and over again.

I watch CHUCK every year.
But I can watch some shows like HOGAN'S HEROES, THE A-TEAM, MACGYVER, THE BIG BANG THEORY, etc. when they are on. I may not actively seek them out, but I can watch them easily.

I lost most of my interest in watching scripted series several years ago, but in my early and mid-20s I would constantly re-watch these:
Arrested Development Community 30 Rock Parks & Recreation The Office (U.S.) The Simpsons The IT Crowd
And, a little less frequently, I'd re-watch these: Breaking Bad Twin Peaks (recommendation: stop after the "Arbitrary Law" episode; that's the real finale) Firefly (not as often as the others 'cause it's only one season)
Seinfeld would probably qualify, too, if I hadn't worn it out by virtue of having seen all the episodes a million times during my teenage years.
A couple more good shows that I discovered recently are The Good Place and Nathan for You, but I've only watched them once. Those shows might have made it into my regular rotation of comedies if they'd been created a decade earlier.
I did rewatch Breaking Bad earlier this year and was once again blown away by it. It had been 6-7 years since my last rewatch, and the timing was perfect: I had forgotten so many little details that it was, in a way, like seeing some of those episodes for the first time. However, I still remembered most of the major plot points, which made me excited to continue because I'd think, "All right, just a couple more episodes until happens!"

Most of the Star Treks, Naruto, The Expanse, Supernatural
Though these days it tends to be more bite sizes just rewatching random scenes on youtube

Boy Meets World. Friends. Full House. Seinfeld. Family Matters. Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
All the shows from the 1980s and 1990s were awesome.

Some of the above. I do regularly rewatch some of the UK panel/quiz shows like Mock The Week, Have I Got News For You & Never Mind the Buzzcocks. Apart from the obvious comedic value, I now know most of the answers. Current rewatches include; M*A*S*H Spooks (aka MI5) Hornblower The Lone Gunman Haven And some Stargate.

Everybody Loves Raymond The Fresh Prince of Bel Air Roseanne That 70s Show Big Bang Theory How I Met Your Mother
Those are all pretty frequently in rotation for "background noise while mindlessly scrolling through various apps" haha.
Less frequently but still sometimes I'll throw on Dexter, LOST and Game of Thrones but those are all pretty heavy and have a certain continuity that the other shows don't really require for rewatchability.

Also as a twist any current series you're binging? I can rewatch "Seinfeld" at ANYtime. And not be bored and still laugh (dry sense of humor) But another one for the story is "Dexter" My other is "Breaking Bad"

I recently watched the whole series of Seinfeld, and I'm adding that to my "rewatch anytime and it'll never get old" list. Never thought I'd say that regarding a show about nothing. Once Upon a Time would also make my list now. Lots of clever one-liners, plenty of entertainment.
