Upcoming movies/series you can't wait to see

Are there any upcoming movies or tv series that you can't wait to see?

I just found out that Disney+ is making a series based on the movie "Willow" and I can't wait! There are also rumors that they are rebooting...FIREFLY!!!! 

As for movies, I'm really wanting to see the new Dr. Strange movie when it comes out (maybe May?).

Jackass forever is the only movie right now I'm excited to see, I know it's out already but can't wait to see the new scream movie. I'm not a huge movie theater person so I wait for digital releases.

OH yeah king of the hill and Beavis and butthead are getting a new series and movie.

The only one I'm excited to see doesn't come out to theaters this year I have heard. I want to see how they do HOCUS POCUS 2.

For one that is likely to be in theaters, I'm excited for next year's SHAZAM 2

Hocus pocus 2 is actually going to happen huh, I hope it doesn't have the same faith as the new matrix.

Avatar sequels, supposedly in the works for quite some time.

Interesting that everything mentioned so far is either adaptations of other shows/movies or sequels. Don't mind good adaptations based on novels but the amount of stuff based on comic books recently is ridiculous.

I've mentioned before about TV/movie production companies' reluctance to risk money and produce original concepts. It's just sad.

For me, it's mostly second seasons of some new stuff I'm looking forward too, like;

The Nevers
The Irregulars
Scarlet and the Duke
It's a Sin
Station 11
Foundation
And S3 of His Dark Materials etc.

It is difficult because anything really original gets little or no hype. You don't know if it looks good untill afterwards.

COVID has made movie releases crazy right now. Lots of great things coming out this year. Top Gun, Spider-Man (the really cool animated one), Sonic, Black Panther, Fantastic Beasts, etc. So much to look forward to seeing!

I had heard that Christmas Story is coming out with a sequel with Peter Billingsley reprising Ralphie. I might bestir myself from my books  to watch this.

I try not to get into the upcoming releases of movies/TV. I basically watch them at my leisure, when I'm sure everyone else has watched them and I can enjoy it myself.

Despite listing some new stuff I'm usually the same. I haven't had a TV for over 15 years, it's all online for me.

I like to know if there's a season two in advance but better still, know when it's ended or cancelled beforehand.

For movies, I trust the recommendations from mates before any website.
