Forum URL: bsn.boards.net/Hi there, I am a moderator on the above forum, and we recently had an issue with Proboards Abuse Team contacting our founding admin about content that was a breach of the ToS. The issue is that our founding admin has not been online for just over a year and has not interacted with the forum in over three years. The active moderation team have two members with 'admin' powers, but as neither of them are the founding admin, we don't receive communication from Proboards when they - hopefully - infrequently appear. Is there a way in which we can change the primary contact email of our forum without changing 'ownership'? And, if not, what is the process by which we can change ownership? Thank you.

Hi, Ownership of a forum can be transferred. We would need the existing forum admin to come here and make the request and indicate who they would like the forum to be transferred to. Further information on ownership transfers can be found here: support.proboards.com/thread/561014/forum-admin-account-transfersI'll add a note to the forum indicating the abuse team should contact other admin-level staff members in the future in absence of a main admin.

Thank you for your reply, Michael. The preference for the entire active team is that ownership not change.
If you have added our other two - active - admin level staff as contacts for issues that affect the viability of the forum under the ToS, then that is more than sufficient. All we wanted was the confidence of being advised of issues that could affect our standing so that we could take appropriate action.
