I tend to only use them if I want to ensure that a message won't be misconstrued. Otherwise, I could live without them.

I don't mind them but they do occasionally get overused. Being an old f@rt and mostly in mobile mode I tend to use the traditional ASCII smileys/emoticons.

Honestly, if a post is full of emojis it just looks like the person is trying too hard. I tend to just swipe by them.

To me it's like talking with my hands ~ yeah I do that a lot too.

I love emojis they're fun and they help express what I'm trying to say in a sentence or else people misunderstand me so most the time the emoji will sit at the beginning or end of a sentence.   <--- 😋

I use them in some of my holiday thread titles, to make them more festive. I use a few in e-mails, too.

It's a sense of feeling more emotion I get it honestly I feel like likes and emojis are making the world lazier. A person doesn't have to voice their opinion anymore when they can just click like to get their message across.

I proudly overuse them whenever I can! But my go-to will always be spamming ":3" or ASCII characters like it's still the old days.

When I make a post with a joke in it, I usually use them since others can't see your facial expressions on a forum. Other than that, I don't really use them.

I like emojis! I use them a lot. At work we use Teams daily and everyone uses tf out of some gifs and emojis, it's fun. Sometimes even in emails there will be a face
