Known as "NS-Refugees", this forum consists mainly of people who have been or are now on the Nutrisystem weight loss plan. It was created when that company closed down their Discussion Boards. It allowed some of the regulars there to have a place to continue to interact and support each other. There are people in various phases of their weight loss journeys, and all ages. We aren't even picky about you using another weight loss plan that better suits your needs. Registration is required (no guests) and the forum is closely moderated for any negative or inappropriate posts. But this is a welcoming and friendly environment with no meanies. Come join us!
