Hi, I have an admin, global mods and members. The admin is in red, members in green and global mods in black I have tried to change the colour of the global mods but their names are staying black, what am I doing wrong?

Hi. Could you check what colour is set within the theme. so: admin > themes > theme manager > click on theme name to edit > groups and ranks Try changing the colour there. If no luck, could you link to the forum

shazza7, the members of your Global Moderator group have their profile setting set to not display a group. A member that belongs to a group will only display that group's name and color when their profile setting is set to display that group in their profile. If the member belongs to no other group, removing them from the global moderator group and then re-adding them should reset their profile to display global moderator group. Or you can just ask the member to edit their profile (Profile > Edit Profile > Settings tab) and change the 'Display Group' setting to the global moderator group. (Only the member can edit this setting in their profile.)

Hi, can this be done by the admin?

shazza7, the admin can do the first option of removing/re-adding that member to the group to reset what is displayed in the profile. As far as editing the member's profile to change the settings, only the member can do that.
