There might be more elegant solutions, but this should work. Go into Advanced Styles & CSS > Stylesheet and paste this at the bottom:

 #news .nav>span.title {
    visibility: hidden;
    position: relative;
    width: 50px;
}

#news .nav>span.title::after {
    content: "Not News";
    visibility: visible;
    top: 0;
    left: 0;
    position: absolute;
}

Change Not News to whatever you'd like it to be called. Depending on the length of the new phrase, you may have to adjust the width in the first block.
