would you staff and rp an au bleach site?

Me and a few friends are planning to open an au bleach site sometime soon and we're in need of some help, looking for some peeps out there who know a lot about bleach

I want to wish you the best of luck, but also offer you a tip. Don't let strangers be staff members. Be cautious about who you appoint as staff even if they are a close friend of yours. I've seen people get into petty fights where staff members do malicious things that cannot be undone.

Echoing what bigballofyarn said; at the very least, limit their abilities so they have basic moderation tools (moving and locking threads) but prevent them from having 'critical' functions like deleting or editing posts.

I would also suggest you'd have more luck finding folks interested in this within RP communities; while Support is a hub for many folks, truthfully, most of the anime folks are just here to post their forum ads rather than network with other anime forums. Some sites I know are animanga communities are:

Off of ProBoards, there are a few communities; I can't link to them due to the fact they're hosted by a competitor, but the site names are SONDER, ICONIC, and RPG-D. On tumblr, there's also ani-nexus where you can advertise / post a looking for.
