Noticed when I type in www before my board www.realgearonline.com, it’s secure. If I just type realgearonline.com, it’s not.

Hi,
Are you sure it's not the other way around? I'm seeing realgearonline (with www) redirecting back to the non-www version and SSL is enabled.

Hi, I am seeing the same thing, when I access proboards dashboard, and click on support.proboards.com (this site) it has to check, in cloud flare but why is it not going to https:// I think there is a bug in the pb dashboard causing this, it's not only custom domains.

When I access the PB dashboard, every single forum is missing the https:// to include this one, so cloudflare does a check..... < but while that is checking or whatever, I opened a new tabs and typed in directly
https://support.proboards.com and it went straight in. I see the "hover over" is also missing the https:// as well on the pb dashboard Just wanted to let you know Michael

I cleared my cached, tested with and without VPN.
it's doing it for all custom domains it seems. All custom proboards domains.
I tried it on mine but it didn't do the SSL error, I mean, it works on my custom domain

If you put on a vpn, and try to access regular non-custom proboards forums, the connections are all unsecure again, not https:// and it triggers the cloud flare

Hi Dominic.
I have just tried a few custom domains from my dashboard and they all loaded ok. Are you still experiencing this?

Tested on two different networks (USA IP and Japan IP) Tested on two different machines (one virtual and one physical)
Firefox and Chrome (same issue)
see screenshots for example, (note the "not sure message")
Does the issue happen when you use the PB Dashboard? Yes Does the issue happen when you directly access custom-domain.com (pb forum) No. Which means it's not an SSL certificate issue, but the re-direction behavior when clicked form the PB dashboard.
I don't know why this is happening.
Other people, not so computer savvy (no offense) tell us (admins) I can't access your site, but eventually it works. or some just give up.

I created an account on your forum, and i am getting it for yours ( also have to disable the force https off in chrome ). You are right, the custom domains don't appear to have the https prefix on the dashboard.
Hopefully Michael can check this when he gets online today.

Yeah, another weird thing too, if you want to try it, on the firefox (or other vpn) if you enable it, now all boards, even non-custom ones) get that error 'checking if your connection is secure' it's like a cloud flare ? thing or something. Perhaps that vpn one is built by design though. Oh well. Thank you.

Is it this cloudfare page, or something else?
