Delete Attachments by Age

There was some talk a while back about giving admin the option of automatically deleting attachments after a certain period of time.

Is this still in the pipeline?

Any other options other than upgrading?

My storage is nearly full and I could get rid of quite a few thousand unnecessary attachments easily.

Hi

Unfortunately, that is still not an option yet. Although you can mass delete attachments by viewing a list and selecting the ones that you no longer want or need.

You can do this via:

admin > upgrades > file storage > 'Manage' under 'Attachments'

You should see a list of the attachments there. The older ones are more likely to be at the top of the list. Select the ones you want to delete and then click the delete button at the bottom of the page.

Sorry there is not an easier process.
