Formatting gone

A user on our site is experiencing this when logging in suddenly.





Another said they did as well but resolved it by updating themes. Some icons are showing broken too. Any ideas?

Did you make any changes to the stylesheet just before this happened? if so, what were those changes?

Absolutely nothing on my end.  I haven't even updated images lately.  They said it started this weekend and going on for two days.  So it either started Saturday and Sunday.  One was an ipad user.  Unsure what the other is using.

Just to update - it was our purple theme only. I checked the original site I created the theme on and it was working. I simply copied the code from the style sheet and put it into the newer forum. It seems to have fixed the issue. I did check the security logs and I see no one else updated the themes or style sheet or the like. I am unsure what happened but at least it is now fixed. Saturday was the day and it was iPad users who had the issues.
