It appears that forums with custom domains are currently down.
Others I frequent are working fine.

Are you able to access the sites on Android? I was just about to make a similar post. One member I talked to is able to access my forum via Brave browser on his Android phone, and another Android phone user appears to be accessing the site as well. I don't have a modern Android phone, so I can't check.

I tried a few other sites with custom domains, and I can't access any of those either. Seems like all the forums with a regular domain from Proboards are still up and running. My forum has been down for quite some time now...

It appears that forums with custom domains are currently down. Others I frequent are working fine. Just posting a +1. I don't know the likelihood of PB Staff seeing this today (Sunday), since it's not a wide-spread outage and likely wouldn't trigger a "system down" alarm, but fingers crossed an admin checks today. If not, I expect it'll be fixed tomorrow. In the interim admins can use the PB URL to login and access the admin panel and temporarily disable custom URL. (This may cause a cookie corruption, so I recommend clearing cookies and cache if one opts for this temporary solution; additionally, while the custom domain is set to default, admins may need to manually change the URL in the address bar to the PB URL -- if you keep the stuff that comes after to show the page path intact, it should lead directly to the intended page).

Funkytown - is this still an issue for you? I am able to access your forum using the custom domain with both my desktop and mobile using Chrome and other browsers. Other forums with custom domains I've tested load fine as well.

We're down again. Appears to be the same issue as before (custom domain).

Some of my users are receiving this message: This site can’t be reached tycodepot.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem. DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE In the future please start your own thread regardless if the issue is the same as another's. Thank you. You forum is loading fine. I suspect the issue is they are trying to access the forum by adding "www" to your custom domain URL, which was not setup with your custom domain. I have since added this, so your custom domain URL works both with and without the www. Please let us know this solves the issue for your users.

We've still got members who cannot reach the site. Multiple computers were used, router rebooted, computer rebooted, different browser used, and DNS flushed. Seemed to work over phone data though.

dastumer - all the things you mentioned should have resolved the issue. Are these users in the same region?
