dastumer - all the things you mentioned should have resolved the issue. Are these users in the same region? The user I have the most information from is in Texas. Another with desktop issues is in Pennsylvania.

RDC1 and dastumer - are any of these members using a VPN? If so, have them try accessing the forum without it. Most VPNs use their own DNS servers and it's possible the fix we made this morning has not propagated to them yet.

HI RDC1, Have they tried clearing their cookies and cache? I've verified a couple of different ways that the DNS resolves correctly so the only reason they should still be seeing this error is if something is "stuck" somewhere in their browser or connection.
