Deleted a forum a long time ago, possible to restore?

Hi!

YEARS ago, and I mean YEARS  (probably around a couple decades) I was a young Redwall fan and made a forum called Redwaller Haven. After many years it fell into disuse, and I ended up deleting it a just few years ago, I looked back in my messages and it appears it was in 2018. It appears I actually had maybe two Redwaller Havens?  Nostalgia wants to know if forums that have been deleted that long ago could be recovered, or maybe even both? If only to have the old site up in case friends I've long lost contact with decide to also look it up. I don't know if they were linked to my current email, I did have old email addresses that I deleted eventually. When I tried to make a new Redwaller Haven it said the name was already taken, and going to redwallerhaven.proboards said it had been deleted, which tracks.

The forum at proboards.com is eligible for restore, however the email address on the forum does not match the email you are using here.

If a forum can be restored, we can only do so if the request is made from an account of which the email matches that of the forum.

Ok! Thank you for checking. I do have an older email, it ends in live.com. I searched in that one for proboard and didn't see anything, so it's unlikely I'll be able to restore it. Thank you though!

If you remember any part of it, you may be able to recreate the email with that provider? Just wanted to throw that out there, just in case.

Thanks for the suggestion! I remembered another email that ends in the same ending, and it seems that there was a proboard account to that email, but the email address is unable to be used and unable to be recovered. Maybe I can still login to that proboard account itself now that I know the email used to be used, and maybe resubmit the request from there if it works. At any rate I appreciate the help!

Hi again!! So sorry for all the replies, but, I did indeed remember an old email and thankfully the password. This is a reply to my post, using that. I made a new email specifically for the forum, is there any way this account links now? The original email, that had been what I needed to log in, had the word bear in it. I changed the account email to a new email that I made, I'm hoping that the change would also transfer to the forum? I wasn't able to remake the old email address itself. Even if not, I appreciate your taking the time to answer my questions!

Any changes you make to active accounts will not "transfer to" or affect deleted accounts or forums. Sorry.
