How to change how links are displayed in posts?

Years ago, I chose a theme for the forum. I think it came up with that style. In that style, all the links in all posts are black and slightly smaller in size with no underline.

Is there a way to change it:

- Same size with the text, not smaller.

- blue color

Well something to make people aware it's a clickable link without having to hover the mouse.

Go to Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS, Visual Editor tab. Then down to Forum > Body (Content) > Containers > Content Area Containers > Text > Links > Text Color. Use the color picker to select a new color. Click the Save Changes button at bottom of page.
