Logging In

Every time I log into my three accounts I get the following message. I change the password to the same one time after time and it works. Can you straighten this out. I would like all my emails to be {email removed for privacy} and all the passwords to be the same.

First off, please do not post your email or any other personal information publicly. I removed the email address from your post above.

Now to your issue. This sounds like you have multiple global accounts (i.e. more than one email with our service).

Would you please PM with the information for the accounts you are having issues with and list any email addresses you are using with our service. (Yes, it's ok to give me this info in a PM)

I can help you get this sorted and consolidate your accounts to just one email address and password.

I am still getting this message when I log into my account. It seems to happen when I go back and forth from one account to another. It greets me as namaste when my username is Susan Peabody.

Are you logging in using different devices, tabs, or browser windows?  For instance if you access the forum with a desktop, and then with mobile/tablet it's possible to receive the error if you are not fully logged out before logging in with the other device.


You had sent me a PM when this thread was first started, however some of the information was missing.  Please follow-up in the PM with the forum URL and usernames of the accounts that give you this error when logging in.  Thank you.

It greets me as namaste when my username is Susan Peabody.

Usernames do not have spaces.  "Susan Peabody" can be a display name, but not a username.  Whereas "namaste" can be a display name, username, or both.
