Forum URL: (private) During Forum Registration there is a glitch that prevents new users from registering. The "Privacy Policy" blue button does NOT show up, thereby preventing a user from registering. There is no error, but clicking on the Continue button does nothing. I tried it using Windows 10, Edge, then Chrome, and eventually got it to work using Opera. In the end I also got it to work using the Chrome incognito mode. When it is broken, this is what the user sees: When it is not broken, this is what the user sees:

is anyone using a vpn, or an ad blocker? these two are known to prevent certain elements from showing up. (it's also worth noting that using an ad blocker whilst visiting proboards-hosted sites is against PB TOS; please whitelist / ask your users to whitelist URLs on proboards.com, boards.net, and freeforums.net)

None of those apply to me that I know of (not intentionally anyway). Although I am staying at an AirBnB in Mexico, using their internet provider, if that has a bearing? Seems odd to me that the web page is not rendering correctly on different browsers. I hope to roll this forum out to 50 family members who are NOT necessarily computer literate, so I am trying to simplify it as much as I can.

At the end of the day, it's that particular element being blocked on the user end from displaying on that page, as opposed to an issue with PB (I confirmed quickly by registering on different forums). Beyond suggesting checking to see if you're on a VPN or have an adblocker going, I am not sure I or anyone here can assist any further. If you don't make any progress in finding out whether these are true conditions for you, stick around for a PB admin to help diagnose when they return on Monday (business hours are M-F, 9am to 5pm pacific / -8 gmt).

robvann - are you using any security app or add-on(s) for your browsers? The fact that registration works with Chrome's incognito mode usually indicates that an extension is the issue, as incognito by default will disable installed extensions.

Thanks for the thoughts Scott. I just have standard Windows 10 and microsoft antivirus. I have now abandoned using this product and moved to another one, because it needs to be stable and goof proof for newbie users that I hoped to bring into it. Best regards - Rob
