frootloop - You had two ad-free subscriptions. I cancelled one of the subscriptions. I did issue a refund for some of the funds. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account depending on your financial institution. If you would like more specific details regarding this, please PM me.

frootloop - You had two ad-free subscriptions. I cancelled one of the subscriptions. I did issue a refund for some of the funds. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account depending on your financial institution. If you would like more specific details regarding this, please PM me. What happened was that I believe the subscription didn't renew for some reason because the ads started popping up all over the place. When I looked at the subscription, it was still showing active, and I didn't have any overages, but the ads were still appearing so I thought it had to be renewed manually. I clicked the subscription again and the ads disappeared immediately. I thought everything was good until I happened to notice a double charge on my CC and when I looked at the global account it was showing 2 subscriptions. So does it automatically renew each year? If the answer is yes, why were the ads appearing again at the renewal date?

In January some subscriptions took longer to process resulting in a gap where ads were display until the processing completed. This is why your original subscription was still showing as active and you saw ads on the forum. I apologize for the misunderstanding this caused about the subscription needing renewing.

I'm having another issue with the Forum Ads showing up. This happened last September too but this time I decided not to screw with it and have 2 charges lol. Can you look into this for me? Thanx

frootloop - I can confirm that the ad-free subscription auto-cancelled because the payment failed. To have ad-free again you would need to start a new subscription. Please make sure your card details have not changed - like expiration date - if using the same card.

Do I just redo the whole subscription process Yes, you need to create a new subscription, and when you get to the purchase screen your previous card will still be listed, you will want to click the Remove button to clear it out and then enter in your new card information.
