What it does
Displays a slideshow anywhere that you decide to have it. You can display it on your home page or a specific thread page, anywhere you put it.
The slideshow contains all of the forum posts of your choice.
Note: This is not a 'Most Recent Post' plugin. You need to choose which posts you want displayed.
The slideshow is displayed like a post.
Here is an example of it being displayed on the top of my test forums home page:
The only difference is that the normal info that (by default) displays under the profile pic (# of users post and users online status) is chopped off. I did this to save space, and also because that info is info that changes frequently.
As far as styling the slideshow, I incorperated many options.
First off, the entire slideshow is fully customizable.

To Get and Display the Posts that you want to display:
This is actually very quick and simple.
Inside each post, there is a "Get Post" button. (only visible to admins)
(Look to the right of the thumbs up button)
when this button is clicked, you are prompted that all info for that post has been copied to your browsers clipboard and after you click OK, you will be automatically directed to the Tab which creates each slide. You will then paste your clipboard to add your post to the slideshow.
So quickly, let me explain how this works:
Here at Proboards, we can only get info from the page we are viewing. We can't create codes that for instance gets a post from a posting page and displays it on the homepage, which is essentially what seems is happening in this plugin.
But thats not what's happening here. What this plugin does is creates a "clone" of the post you wish to display.
It grabs all of the info from the post and injects a clone of that post into the slideshow.
Features:
Ideal for what this plugin could be used for:
You can display as many post as you'd like.
There's a lot going on in this plugin so let me know if there's any changes necessary. Thanks
Note: If your computer or forum is slow running, be sure that your forum is completely loaded before clicking the Get Post and Get Styles buttons.

Also, if you use this plugin, I suggest you use this as well, in order to have quick access to adding and removing posts to your slideshow:

- If you want to match the styles of your forum, I placed a link at the bottom of your thread pages (only seen by admins) that when clicked, gathers all of your forums styles, prompts you that everything has been collected & copied to your browsers clipboard, and after you click OK on the pompt, you will be automatically directed to this plugins "Styles" tab, where you will paste your clipboards content and ultimately 'Save". As easy as that.
(look under the quick reply to the right)
Note: If you are using a miniprofile plugin, or any type of thread plugin, this won't match those designs. It will only match colors and styles that you chose through Proboards admin panel. Let me know if that part needs revised.
- You can also edit the styles of your slideshow on your own. All of the classes are already listed for you within the Styles tab of the plugin.
