Not an in-depth review since you're just starting out, but just a few quick thoughts: - It does look a little dated aesthetically. I know that glowing edges and such seem really cool and that's totally okay! Just be aware that this particular aesthetic was last commonly used in like, 2006-2010. That isn't necessarily bad but a lot of people do judge forums by their looks.
- Really glad to see an info box at the top! Could be stylised a bit more but it's good to have. I would maybe take it a step further and have "quick links" to important threads like the plot and rules and such.
- Actually pretty interested on a personal / RP level by political intrigue! No commitment on joining, as I'm starting a new job tomorrow, but I'll def take some time to dig further to see if it'll hold my interest long-term.
- I still think that organisation of your boards could do with more work. Happy to discuss via PM so as to not derail this thread.
Overall, a little aesthetically outdated with some confusing structure, but interesting premise so far. |
