'Insert User Link' function has stopped working on our forum

For some reason the 'Insert User Link' function has stopped working on my forum.

The same problem happens when trying to send or forward a PM. In 'Recipients, Enter a username' you start typing the name and it just says "No results found" instead of populating the box.

It works fine on here, but not on our forum. 

Can someone please assist, and is this a problem across all forums? It's the first time I've come across this issue in five years of using ProBoards

Sounds like your members list needs reindexing. This should be done for you today, but if you continue having issues past today, please let us know

It's odd as we've never encountered this issue over the past five years, but it's happened twice now in quick succession...

Scott, they seem to have for some reason. Not sure how. Hope it stays this way. Thanks.
