Are you using cellular data on your phone or your location's WiFi?
Can you access other forums?
Can you access sites other than ProBoards?
My ISP was having DNS issues at one point and I entered in manual DNS settings rather than leaving it on automatic settings. However, this might be the answer for you depending on your problem.

Started off where it looked like just Proboards because I would get to Google and Yahoo on PC, but eventually it all stopped. Restarted the router and pc and got nowhere. Set a manual DNS like you suggested and everything worked. And then an hour later, my ISP announced an outage in my entire state.
