What version of Firefox are you using? Is it a skin to make it look vintage, or are you using an extremely old version? You are logged in as "admin" when you encounter this error, correct?

What version of Firefox are you using? Is it a skin to make it look vintage, or are you using an extremely old version? You are logged in as "admin" when you encounter this error, correct? This is not me, this is a screenshot from my other admin, it is 115 esr I think skinned |

Which member group is he in?
You can go to Admin > Members > Member Groups, and make sure the powers associated with his group allow him to access everything you want him to.
