How to add space under navigation bar?

On my forum home page, the news banner (+ extra margin top/bottom) adds significant space between the navigation bar and the rest (containers, lists etc). On all other pages I'd like to add this extra space as well, so the nav bar is not glued to the rest of the page. How can I make this happen?

Try popping this in to your stylesheet. I would add it to the bottom so you can easily find it should you wish to edit or remove it in the future.

margin-bottom: 20px;
}

Adjust the 20px to your liking.
