HTML error 406 (solved)

One of our users suddenly received that error and nothing that we do, makes it go away.  The user cannot get into our board. 

After searching through reams of help and descriptions on that error, there are two possibilities (Perhaps more but I don't know about it). 

A local windows problem - which we are dealing with via virus checks and software checks

And this one:  Some of the information that I saw is that Proboards may have throttled this ip address, because in the range of ip addresses there was spam directed to ProBoards in the past.  

Could you kindly check but first, what should I give you to verify that you have not throttled our user?

If only one user is having the problem, you could link to their profile. However, since you have your forum URL hidden, you could wait for an admin to reply and give you permission to PM him the link.
