How would you connect a normal tv to the computer? I wanted to change my monitor and replace it with the tv, so that the tv is the new monitor.

is this possible and if it is how would i do this ?

What do you mean by a normal TV? Are we talking about the boxy TVs that came with rabbit ears, or are we talking about a modern smart TV? If both the TV and computer have HDMI ports or adapters, use an HDMI cable to connect your computer to the smart TV. Turn on your TV and select the appropriate HDMI input using your TV remote. Then, depending on your computer's OS, you'd have to modify your display settings for multiple displays, appropriate resolution, and so forth.

thanks I will try this and by normal tv I meant just a flatscreen tv
