I'm a newly. This stuff is beyond me. I didn't know if we are all supposed to report or just wait. I guess once I saw someone else posted I could have stayed out.
BTW Only been involved a couple weeks and feel this was a great service.

Welcome! This problem has occured a few times and once PB's sees these posts, they'll be on it and shouldn't need to contact you, since it's affecting multiple forums. Their response is a bit longer on their off-time, but rest assured, it'll be fixed.

(If your question was unrelated to this issue, PB's has your Global Account info with your email).
