It wouldn't be possible, because the height of the forum would depend on the content of the tables. There's no way to have a fixed height for the table.

well, we could edit the image to have a sertain height for the main page and then, we could make it so that so many threads can be seen on a page ect. would that work??

What about all the other pages, like threads, PMs, the member's list, search, etc.? You'd need hundreds of different images. If the image wasn't rounded like that, you could do it, if the sides of the image were vertical and parallel, they could be repeated for as long as needed, and would fit any page. But not curved like that.
