I have two editing programs, Seriff Draw Plus and The GIMP, but, let's say I just want to make animations using frames made by Paint??? Any good programs that simply compile frames?? And that support jpg files as frames, then switch to GIF (Paint really blurs thigns when you save them a GIF)?

Well, the members here would be able to give you more ideas. If you made a new thread asking the same question it may get better results.

Magic Carrot, you're truly a wonder. I can't make icons at ALL... I've tried and tried... I guess I'll just stick to banners and such. =) I'm really glad that you're making that Christmas set of icons for me. I don't think there's anyone on the Net who could have done a better job than what you're doing. So yeah, thanks bunches and these other icons are fab! Keep up the good work. ^^
