It's just saying, start a link, add in an image, end the link.

We would use this code

I would place the url into the mini baner url which would be the sig.
This would be the code.

After you placed your image url into there now you need your website url you want it to go to. I am going to use photobucket since it would be advertising if i put something else up.
i edited the bold part so it would be this code.

Now you can edit those parts as I did with your own images and urls.
