Okay, I got around to thinking. If 3 people got together, we could come up with some awesome ideas for a completely original fantasy roleplay. One with a huge background, in depth story, and all that awesome stuff. Post here if you'd like to help make something on this epic scale.

WOW. This was actually the kind of post I was looking for!
I'm currently working on a board based on an old idea I had. Here's the basic premise:
Long ago, the land of Archon was nothing until the Elder Gods. They saw three centers of great magic, equidistant from one another in a perfect triangle. Sending out a call to the great Sorcerers and Elves of the time, the Elder Gods (Dawn and Archon) helped the Elves to build the magnificent Archon City over the center of Natural Magic. Over the center of Elemental magic, the Sorcerers built the great city of Sorrow. Through these cities, the Elves and Sorcerers could draw on their respective magics to enhance their abilities.
However, the last center of magic seemed to repel all efforts to settle on it. It was a center of Netherworld magic, dark and insidious. Dusk, the Elder God more inured to the ways of the Netherworld than the rest, summoned various Vampires to help construct the city of Harmony, a city of perpetual night.
Well, that's the basic premise. I've already got the board set up, but if you'd like to help, that would be awesome.
Also, if you're looking to start completely from scratch, I would be more than happy to help.
