Multiple code's problems

I have a problem with the code for the ranks of my members so now for instance the ones that moderate certain threads are now moderators of all the forum and that is not good and also I cannot changed the main banner of the site and the links of the main pop box where it says "army counts" and all that do not work and neither does the pop up box of the private messages.
Could you help me??

Most of the codes you are using in your headers and footers were made to work with the PBv3 software. You will need to go back to where you got them and see if there are any updated versions, if not, request a code

Either really. But maybe where you got the code from, because then you will likely get the same coder update the code.

hmm.. ok thanks but one last thing the code for putting other smilies or change the stars and ranks were given here, who must I ask here for the new codes??
