Need a solution for a jumping skin.

When I go to my site, everything sort of jumps around before settling into the proper skin.

I am probably not describing this very well but if you go to my site, you will see what I mean:

It's probably the transparency(sp?) code that's making it load slow.

The code that moves the top table below the ads is probably causing the jumpyness, in combination with the transparency. The normal top table loads, then a second later, it is copied below the ads and remove from its original position. That is the nature of these codes.
