Hi, I'm sorry if this is a repeat question (I'm non native speaker and this thread is huge), but: When the same thread are being answered by different people it appears in the box for every time answered and not just once with a new username. Is there anyway to make it so the thread is only shown once with the latest post/username? My code goblin has downtime at the moment, I and don't see this as an option in the plugin manager?  Happy holidays and happy New Year In the plugin settings, under the 'Recent Threads' tab, you'll find the option asking.. 'Would you like to display recently updated threads, or only recently CREATED threads?' option. Make sure that 'All Posts' is NOT selected. The duplicates will then start to disappear as more posts are made. |

OK, thanks. Do you use 'The Old Way' to list your awards, or do you list tem in the newer area? Newer. OK.. Can you please install this plugin and run it. As the main Admin, you should get a new 'Get Awards List' link appear in the forum menu on the Home page. Click that and the plugin will look to see if there are any obvious errors in your awards list, and if it finds any, it will list them by number. If it finds nothing, it will first list your award URLs, and then your award titles. Could you please copy/paste both these lists into a private message for me to have a look at. Hopefully we should get to the bottom of the problem, one way or another. |

I'm pretty sure the problem is with your awards list, for whatever reason. Can you tell me how many awards you have? Awards: 358 (272 awards + 86 N/A)Awards x2: 318 (192 awards + 126 N/A)So 676 in total. OK, thanks. Do you use 'The Old Way' to list your awards, or do you list tem in the newer area? |

It's not a 'bug', it's an anomoly of how the sleep function works on a mobile device.. All it does is close the screen, the functions going on in the background continue, just as the forum is still open, it's just that screen has been turned off... Turn off the monitor connected to your PC and you'll still hear the music coming out of your speakers. I have done some digging, and I can't find a true way of detecting the sleep function with JS. The blur() function is mentioned, so when the screen loses 'focus', a function could stop the music playing, but I don't think that works. That's a little painful if you ask me.  At least you looked into it, and that's a major win. Sorry I can't be of more help.. |

Version 0.1.5.1 has fixed the issue. Thank you for the lightning-fast update. I see it is possible to reference the #user# in the thread dead note. Is there a way to reference the creature what was just defeated? I tried #creature# and [N] but neither of those were correct. A few more QoL requests: 1. Is it possible to set it so that players/creatures never miss their attacks? Currently I have set the hit chance to over 100%, and though this SHOULD make players and creatures 100% accurate but it doesn't. 2. Is it possible to set a damage range for players/monsters? Currently we can only set a maximum, but being able to define a minimum would make for more rewarding character progression, as well as more consistent damage from creatures. 3. Is it possible to set custom retreat text? Thanks so much for your continued assistance and work on improving this plugin. I will look into all of your requests.. It should be possible, but give me some time as I'm snowed under with other stuff right now. Feel free to give me a nudge from to time if you think I'm taking too long. |

Update; i found a bug for mobile "desktop" users. When a user closes out to another app/puts their phone on sleep mode(black screen, but the phone is not off), the music will still play. This won't happen for Mobile-mobile users, but i find Mobile-desktop more pleasing and use it myself, so the music that keeps playing even when im not on the homepage does bug me a little. Can you please disable the Awardsx2 plugin and see if that makes a difference. Thanks. I'd already tried that, but gave it another go. The code still doesn't pop up. I may just be unlucky, and not able to use this feature of the plugin for whatever reason... I'm pretty sure the problem is with your awards list, for whatever reason. Hmmm... Do you have any 'N/A' awards in your list? Yeah, a whole bunch -- mainly for reserving spots (and track how many are left), as we regularly add new items of certain types. It helps with the planning of all that. Can you please disable the Awardsx2 plugin and see if that makes a difference. Thanks. |

Is it possible to have an option to replace the group name with an image? Yes, it is, but can you please start a new thread for each seperate request, this makes it easier for others to find it when they are after something similar, and just to keep things neat. Thank you. |

Thank you so much for making those changes! I really appreciate that, and both the reply and the new kill notice are working as intended. I have not tested a new deceased image but I will soon and let you know if there are any issues. However, in my current testing I have discovered a rather major bug in 0.1.5 When editing a post in a thread with a spawn attached there is no longer a save button in the lower right. This makes it impossible to edit posts in a thread with a spawn, which is pretty major. I've downgraded back to 0.1.4 for now. Ooops.. Can you please try version 0.1.51 |

Thank you.. I can't see anything obvious.. Could you please do a test... Disable every other plugin on your forum and test the awards plugin. If it works then please slowly re-enable your other plugins, testing the awards plugin as you go, until it fails, then let me know which plugin you enabled to make it fail. Thank you. It's weird this isn't working. I did the test; every plugin disabled, except the Awards (and only that one -- I even disabled Awards x2, then tested again with it enabled). Still didn't work.  I think I may have found the problem.. Just got to find the fix now... |

Sorry for the miscommunication. I meant to say: "1. Can you confirm whether there is a version that has the option for QUOTE REPLY to still have Attack/Retreat options? I didn't see that in the options of 0.1.4." I am using 0.1.4 and can use Attack/Retreat when using Quick Reply & Reply, but not Quote Reply.Ahh... The ability to attack during a quoted post was removed in an earlier version. Can you please try version 0.1.5I have added options to allow an attack during a quote, to change the 'Deceased' image and to change the killed notice at the head of a thread. |
