Hi, weareallone. This is the same text field that was mentioned yesterday along with its location. The second field is being used by the LazyTag plugin and was explicitly added to Themes > Layout Templates > Thread > Quick Reply by you or another staff member on your forum per its installation instructions. www.proboards.com/library/plugins/item/1341The HTML found on lines 17 through 19 of the aforementioned template are producing it according to the plugin's description on its library page.

Have they informed you that they're still experiencing the issue? There's always the possibility that their offline life has temporarily taken precedence.
If it's the former the only thing I can really suggest that hasn't been proposed yet is clearing their browser's cookies and cache to eliminate that as a factor.

The mini-profiles were redefined at the very end of the style sheet. All the stuff the theme author added is overriding any settings you have specified in the visual editor.
Based on this being a repeat occurrence it's probably safe to assume the theme was created to be used as-is rather than modified.

The Recent Threads list will always show the most recently updated threads indiscriminately regardless of their age. There's no way to change its default behavior.
Anything updated recently that you haven't read will be marked with a "new" icon to distinguish it from content you've already read.

There aren't any extra security options available at this time. Sorry!
For the time being the best security is good password practice. Use a unique password that you don't use anywhere else online for ProBoards, make it difficult for others to guess, and change it to a new password every so often so that even if someone does somehow get a hold of one of your passwords it's outdated and no longer valid.
Also, be sure to perform these same practices on the email provider you use. If someone gains access to your email inbox they'll also have the ability to reset your ProBoards password.

Hi, manobebo2000. We do not currently provide two-factor authentication. However, we are currently working on the next version of our forum software so like many modern web features that are being added there's always the possibility that it will make an appearance there.

In Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS this is normally determined by Text Styles > Timestamps but the author of the theme you're editing has replaced the CSS with an explicitly defined timestamp color on line 459 of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet.
You can change it to this to make it use the timestamp color you specify like normal.

Hi, viveriosj. This is a support forum for the ProBoards forum software. We're only qualified to answer technical support questions relating to the forums we host here. I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to help you with this query as it doesn't seem to have anything to do with our service. Sorry!

Margins are the ideal solution here. If you want to ensure that everything is uniform (up until the combined width of your mini-profiles meets your forum width anyways) I recommend adding a right, left, and bottom margin. The bottom margin should be double the size of the left and right margins so that the spacing is the same.
Example:
Realistically you should never rely on the HTML to style an element. The CSS should be doing all of the styling work to make the page clean and beautified. The only job of the HTML is to determine where things go on the page and how they're identified, not how they look.
For example, you can use HTML to center text within an element but that should really be the job of your CSS. In the case of this thread you should be using margins to space out your mini-profiles rather than text elements.

No plugin exists for this yet. I'm saying if someone creates a plugin that does this the method I described would be the ideal way to go about it.

I would recommend comparing against the user's ID rather than the $[user] variable itself as there's no guarantee the HTML that gets produced by that variable will remain consistent.

The image shouldn't have disappeared unless you completely emptied out the Shoutbox Welcome Message field.
Typing into it forces it to render a space and counts as a value since it's text.
