But I didn't read about this one. I am concerned our members are being infected with a trojan. I googled the number and it shows it is a trojan.  Here's her message to me... JH(3/8/2008 5:26:07 AM): Something is wrong with the Haven I went there a few minutes ago to post and the site went all crazy froze my puter couldn't even shut it down had to unplug it and restart. It was strange cause Ratman was online and posted in the weather section, anyway at the bottom of the page on my puter it said the following http:/80.93.48.89/oweioewiorertiorg/ Freeked me out. |

I read the thread and I thought he said it had been removed. Why is it still coming up? Is this the same as was posted on that thread? I am not sure I understand completely. Is this a false positive or a real trojan? I am really confused as to how to explain this to our members. I don't want to scare them off our forum.  If it is safe, why are the members getting a warning about a trojan? Was it removed or not? Or is this a new ad?? |

Are you sure that this is still an issue? We were told by our ad network that the problem was fixed. If it is still an issue please give more details, like a screen shot of the ad, where it links to, etc.

sorry, but the member that got that, obviously freeked an I have no idea what ads were on at that time. I think we'll just go adfree for a month an see if anyone else has this problem. We sure dont wanna be the guinea pig for finding trojans.
how long does it take to go adfree before it becomes active. we may put our forum into maintenance mode until it becomes adfree. will we have to wait until after the weekend or does it automatically go ad free?

As soon as the payment is successful, you can go adfree. You simply need to apply the credits via your admin area. However, as Patrick stated, this issue was hopefully resolved by the ad network  |
