Update: The below workaround will help you gain access to your forum. However, we are looking for a Sky user who can help us further identify the source of the problem so that we can put a permanent solution in place. If you think you can help us out, please read this post.
I have been working with maagster on skype (Thanks!) and identified a workaround to give you access. It seems that just port 80 is the issue so i have setup servers on other ports. To access your forum (for example faq.proboards.com) just add :8080 after the .com eg. faq.proboards.com:8080I know its far from ideal, but at least it gets you access to your forum in the mean time

It works. Thanks. If I bookmark my Forum again will it keep the :8080 bit in the address or do I need to add it in manually each time?

It will keep the 8080, but be aware this is just temporary. As soon as the situation is resolved the 8080 method will stop working.
I have had to take regular servers offline and use them for this 8080 setup which is not a feasible long term solution.
At the very least, this confirms our firewalls and load balancers etc are not the issue.

It works for me too, how frustrating though! Sky is usually a good server, but not reputed to be fast on the "fix it" front... thank you, at least we can into our forums now I love proboards, you guys rock.... |

I held off calling Sky as it is so expensive and it seems like they were reluctant to do anything about this situation.
