Whilst I understand the facility for "Inserting" an image using URL as source! ... is there any facility for "Attaching" an Image from local source on ProBoards? .......

Hi, You can attach an image within a post if that's what you're asking?

Many thanks for response Ricky! .... the reason I asked is because on the forum I am a member of using ProBoard V4 Freeware there is no facility to attach a file! .... which begs the question of whether there are limitations to the functionality of the free version? .........

All forums come with the ability to have attachments within posts. The limitations are that the files can't be more than 1MB in file size, and each forum has a 2GB total limit for attachments. If you don't see the attachments part of the posting page on the forum you are part of (like you will find here), it's possible that the forum owner has the attachments disabled
