All of my posts and threads are gone, what happened?
Your threads and posts are still there. If you have your boards set to not be viewable by guests, the boards will show as having "0" threads and posts until you login.
I'm not getting my activation key in my email!
If you use AOL, they tend to block lots of mail that should be allowed through. If you can not get your key with AOL, we suggest you use an alternate email account with a different provider (such as hotmail, yahoo, gmail, etc).
My activation key doesn't work!
If you submitted a request for an activation key more than once, then a new key was generated which voided your old one. You will have to wait for your new key to arrive. Submitting extra requests for keys only slows down the process.
I can't access the admin area of the forum!
You will have to wait for the main "admin" to login to update your powers. They can do this by going to admin -> Member Groups -> Modify Member Group -> (select your member group) and then editing that member group to change the group's powers.
How do I change my forum colors and images?
We have added a new "Skins" section of the admin area which is for managing your colors and images. By default you will only have 1 skin on your board, but you can add more after that if you want. To change your colors, go to the "Skins" page, click on "Modify Skin," then select Default from the drop down menu. To change your images, go to the Skins page and click Customize Images, select the "Default" skin and then change your images.
New members cannot register
Insure that you do not have the option 'force guests to register' enabled in your boards settings. This is a temporary fix until this bug is fixed.
I am getting a forum within a forum + an error about a board not existing
If you are getting an error like this:
"An Error Has Occurred
(loadBoardData) Board does not exist: boardname"
The quickest solution is to create a new board with the same ID, as the board name displayed in the error.
This board should be made in the same category as where the error starts
