Forum URL: thetauempire.proboards98.coma newly-registered member of my forum has contacted me on another forum that he has not received his activation code. after telling him to check his junk box, check that his address was correct, i checked the FAQ. nothing is wrong with what he has done but still he has not received it. can you tell me how the problem can be sorted out. i read somewhere about being able to manually register people. how can this be done? thanks

Hotmail are blocking alot of IP's at the moment which is annoying for us. There is the ability to change the adress the mail sends to. Try using that
