Board URL: sonyreaderboards.com/index.cgiProblem:This is strange I thought I had a code problem because when I added an announcement, my sticky threads were no longer between the pictures. I mentioned it on my moderator board and they told me they don't see what I see. I was using Firefox. So I tried another browser (Explorer & Chrome) and it worked fine. The problem seems to be with Firefox so I thought. Then I mistakenly click a link for sonyreader.proboards.com/index.cgi and it worked in Firefox. I changed my domain name to sonyreaderboards.com/index.cgi yesterday and it does not seem to work at this address but work fine with .proboards It worked in both URL for Explorer & Chrome

Hi, In firefox, can you go to tools > start private browsing, visit sonyreaderboards.com/index.cgi and let me know if the results are the same or different as if you viewed in firefox without private browsing?

Yes, that did the trick. It's now working on both URL. Thank you. Not off the hook just yet The private browsing method just helps me know if whether or not it's an issue with your temporary internet files in the browser. If you clear your cache/cookies in firefox, it should work normally again without having to go into private browsing every time

It's getting stranger. OK, I cleared my cache and it worked great if I'm not login at all. It work great if I login as my testing account. It does not work when I login as admin (Lilly).

Just to be sure, when you clear the browser, can you replicate these settings and try again? Also, there does appear to be something missing in your codes as well (though, I don't think that has an effect on your current issue). When I go to your info center, all of the names in the active users lists link to sonyreaderboards.com/index.cgi?board=announcements&action=display&thread=207

It did not work. I did noticed that it said I was still online after clearing everything on user online info center but I still see login or register and I can't access members info but it says that I'm online. The other error was I made an announcement board so the announcements wont show up twice and I close the board and made it staff access only. Then I dumbly moved the thread that unregistered members get when they try to access profiles or search. I moved it back to announcements.

The board would still show your name as being online since you didn't physically click "logout", which would let the server know you've logged out and would have removed your name from the list. Clearing your cookies is done locally, and the server is unaware of these changes which would keep your name on the list

It's something to do with the username admin. I cleared my cache, I used CCleaner, I updated Firefox, I restarted my computer. When I use my Testing login, no problem. When I'm not login, it display correctly. As soon as I login as admin then I have this problem. Now I have it as admin even in Private Browsing. I'm raking my brain to figure out why since it's the same computer. Why is this not being displayed correctly when I'm logged in as admin?

Do you have the advanced moderation enabled? Yes I did. Oh my goodness Craig, you don't know how many hours I spent today trying to figure this out! It's fixed. Thank you! ;D

Well, it's not fixed. It's a flaw in the code. You should bring it up with the creator of the code so they can rectify it.
