There are all kinds of stereotyping, whether it be from accent, colour, clothes or whatever. So my question to you is, do you make many stereotypes in your day to say life, if so what ones. I can't but seem to help that as soon as I hear someone with a very strong southern accent (Southern England) i instantly think of a Hillbilly. Even though they are quite obviously not, it is something I cannot help doing, but I'm training myself to stop

If someone chooses to dress like a chav, then I'll steer clear of them, otherwise I don't do it.

I try not to stereotype much, but it happens sometimes like stereotyping a black person when seeing them listen to music saying it's rap. But one of the worst I see (but I don't since since my family is all from the South and I lived there for a while) that people think that all "rednecks" and "hillbillys" are stupid. My dad's family was pretty poor when he was little and couldn't afford much, but you want to know what his job is right now? A computer programmer

I stereotype quite often, for jokes and such. I don't actually believe the stereotypes are representative of any specific group though.

Stereotyping is part of human nature, it will always be there, i get stereotyped all the time, shaved head, heavy metal t shirt's, tattoo's, people are quite surprised that i am polite & speak in an intellectual manner, when they bother to speak to or get to know me that is, as i say its just human nature.

I try not to stereotype, but I end up stereotyping other groups of people.
And if anyone sais they have NEVER acted/said/thought anything which is stereotypical, well, all I can say is you are a bad liar. Honestly, who is saintly perfect in the world now-a-days hmm?
