If your into the gory stuff Martyrs has a pretty good twist at the end if you can understand it.
The movie is in French, it is subtitled though.
Though like I said, it's gory, very gory.
Another movie with a good twist is the one I mentioned in the other thread, The Man from Earth. It's a broadway play style kind of movie in that it doesn't have cgi and it's essentially just people talking to each other. I wouldn't recommend it if your not into intellectual discussion kind of movies(not saying your not intellectual though, it's just the style of movie).
Being John Malkovich has kind of a twist ending as well, but either way, its a great movie.

^ Also, Might Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie especially at the beginning when the logo pops up, and the lightning strikes through it, its pretty intense. Gives me goosebumps every time. |
