So I got this idea from the Zune-Mac Thread, and was wondering what people have for phones!? If you don't have any cell phones, nor smart phones, (Whats the difference? There still a cell phone, just smarter. ) don't post. I have a Motorola Crush from US Cellular. At first I liked it allot, but it didn't seem right after a few days, the touch isn't sensitive like my iPod is. You have to press harder, and sometimes the touch wont even respond... >.> So when my contract is up in 1.5 years I'll end up getting a regular flip phone. Unless I go to AT&T and get the iPhone 4 free from walmart with a 2 year plan. So what do you have?

My Ipod touch qualifies for my phone True, iCall is one of the greatest apps to use, but you have to have an existing number like for a cell phone, or even I think Google Voice would work, not sure, have not tried. and TextNow, Text+, and what ever else texting app there is. Down side is you have to be in WiFi for anything.

The places I'm at usually support wifi anyway I remember seeing a trick that lets you 3g an ipod touch from a 3g phone so I'll have to jack one of my friends and try it out TextFree gives you your own number and you can download apps for about 0.99 and get like 100minutes or free aps and get like 10 minutes.

Same with TextNow. Text+ also does so too. But to get your own area like mine is 608, I have to pay for a year, and I think thats 2.99 TextNow doesn't offer your own area code, which is why mine is 575, and I think that's New Mexico area code? My iPod is the second gen, and it's quite buggy with GP, It often freezes up and reboots when trying to read mail, or going to any app, and for some reason Guitar Hero freezes up on me, so I may need to unsinstall it, and reinstall it from the App store.

Fender MyTouch 3G. Got it for really cheap, and liked it quite a bit more than the iPhone 4. Just wasn't doing it for me I'm waiting for my firmware update to 2.2. I'm still on 1.6, but stupid t-mobile is being slow about it.

I've got the HTC Evo from Sprint. I really like it, and haven't had any problems thus far.
