Unfortunately, I don't think ProBoards can be responsible for the ad content and or automatic playing of ads from embeded YouTube videos. The directions on reporting that Steve gave you would only apply to the banner ads that are supplied as part of the ProBoards.
If you don't want the ads that accompany the embedding of the videos the only way to avoid that would be to just link to the videos instead of embedding them. I'm pretty sure it is against the TOS to disable their ads in any way.
I may be wrong about the above but I'm sure an admin will correct me if that is the case.

^I am pretty sure they are off in ad free mode, not sure though.

So I have been reporting these for several days now and the status is not changing much. Also it is really hard to get a screenshot uploaded in a timely manner with these ads. At the risk of sounding like a jerk there are 3 or 4 ads on the youtube rotation that play audio without being clicked on.

they play in a loop so it is certainly the youtube ad loop that includes those three.

Do these ads appear prior to the YouTube video playing (in the same part as the video), or in the ad block to the right of the embedded video? In the ad block to the right, that proboards uses. There is nothing that can be done about the ones that start before the video.
