Unfortunately it appears the forum was removed by our abuse team. If you would like to question about the removal of the forum, feel free to send an email to email@example.com and be sure to leave the URL to the forum in your message.
I even tried to get the abuse team to be more specific as to "why" my forum was suddenly and without warning just taken offline, and all I got was other than refering to the TOS or to the Guidelines of proboards, there was no more info that could be provided.
I guess that someone somewhere along the line didn't like what my forum contained, which was simply a means of adults 18+ with emotional needs to meet other 18+ adults for support.
Guess we'll never know....
** I was looking thru the support board posts and noted that there was another forum that was taken offline due to a link that the admin had put on the forum, linking to another site, which is a Proboards violation. My question is this.... I know I had a link on the site that WAS here on proboards that linked to another site, is there any way that the forum can be reinstated and I will delete the link off the portal page?
Thanks for your time.

All forums are required to to be for those 13 and above. If you stated on your board that it was only for those who were 18 or older, then that might have been one reason. Also, there might have been items that might have been reported via the "Report Abuse" link at the bottom of all forums hosted on Proboards.
From what I can tell, the only times when a forum is deleted, is if the only way to solve the problem is for a outright deletion, or a PM sent to the administrator by the Abuse Department to fix the problem. If a PM was sent to someone that can solve the problem, the likely problem is that either the PM went either read or unread, and the problem was not taken care of within 48 hours of the PM.

For those who are not ProBoards staff, can you please leave the answers to us for these cases? Looks like there's some mis-information that has been posted and is not making the situation any better for those involved.
If there was an inappropriate link posted on the forum, the forum would have received a warning to remove the link. This was not the case for the forum in question as it was removed outright without warning, meaning there was something more to it than that. For forums that are removed outright, the details are not provided to Support Staff so I'm unaware of the exact cause for the forums removal. The only ones that know for sure are the abuse team themself, which the email address was provided earlier.
I have emailed the abuse team "several" times requesting the reason, specifically as to why my forum was deleted, and all I get is that "no further information will be provided".
How is it fair to delete someone's site, without warning and without a documented reason? All I get from them is "refer to TOS and/or Proboards Guidelines". As informative as both are, it still doesn't give me the answer that I asked for.
Any ways, I guess I'll never know the reason as to why my site was shut down with no warning. Ashame too, I liked using Proboards.
