New Topics

Lovin' V5 so far, but....where is the 'New Topics' as above, next to 'Home?'
I would really miss that option.

Hi,

Go to:

Admin >> Settings >> Navigation

SUBMDOMAIN.freemessageboards.com/admin/settings/navigation

you can add an extra menu button and have to point to "/threads/recent"

EXAMPLE:

v5.proboards.com/threads/recent/

What happened to my post I put in here this morning?  


When you bring up the New Topics box if a moderator has moved or edited a post it shows up that that moderator is now the creator of the post.    In the New Topics Box in the picture are two posts that I "murph" actually created.   But because Laurie has moved them it now shows up that she is the creator?   Did I program this button in wrong?

If you move a post into a brand new thread, it labels you as its creator (since you technically did make the forum create the thread).
