The pop-up is not controlled by the Awards System plugin, it simply compares two keys and if there's a difference a pop-up is produced, closing the pop-up updates one key with the contents of the other, and so stopping the pop-up. It makes no difference what Awards System plugin you are using, the Awards Notification plugin is a stand alone plugin. For those getting a continuous pop-up, try updating the Awards Notification plugin to this version...There is now a 'Key Settings' tab, make sure both read and write are set to 'Members and Staff'. And make sure the Awards Notification Plugin is BELOW the Awards System Plugin in your plugins list I've installed it and will let you know. Thanks Todge!

I have just tested the latest awards plugin with the latest awards notification plugin and it works for me in all browsers.
Assuming the link in your signature is the board you installed this on, I can't see the awards notification plugin on your forum, have you removed it again?

In the plugins' 'Key Settings', ensure both Read and Write Permissions are set to 'Everyone'.

Todge thank you very very much for such a wonderful and useful plugin! We are using it as an "achievements" type awarding system for our members in a RP group and they are loving it! (My hands still hurt from making almost 400 images though lol).
My question, I know has been asked before, so it is more related to a possible timetable, if any, for it being changed. I saw in a search of previous posts that adding or removing awards causes the numbers and the array to basically not sync up anymore. I noticed (though can't confirm whether or not it works) that there was at least one suggestion to change the way the information was stored but I didn't see a response.
Is there any plan, and if yes a timetable, on changing how the awards are stored to allow for new ones to be added or old ones removed?
Thanks again for an amazing plugin!

In the plugins' 'Key Settings', ensure both Read and Write Permissions are set to 'Everyone'. Yep and he just sent me this I'm going to disable it for the time being. I don't want to be annoying my members. By the way, I don't know why, but the plug ins keep moving around. I know you said it needs to be directly under the Awards plug in and I keep putting it there and the darn plug ins keep getting rearranged!! I have moved it several times now to be right under the awards one, and in fact did so again, just prior to posting this. When I went directly back there to disable it, the darn thing was not directly under the awards plug in AGAIN. It got moved in just a matter of 2 or 3 minutes. Can that be part of the problem? That the plug ins are NOT staying where they are placed? Edit: and just now I went back again and now there are two in between awards and notifications.

The Awards Notification doesn't need to be DIRECTLY below the Awards Plugin, but it does need to be below it in the list.. Anywhere below should be OK.
If for some reason the Awards Notification Plugin is ABOVE the Awards Plugin, then you will get a constant, empty pop-up. If your plugins are being rearranged, then I'd say that that is exactly what is happening.
Try putting it at the very bottom of the list, with the Awards Plugin at the very top and see what happens.

When a member has multiple of an award, on their profile it has a little "x2" or whichever number on that award. Is there any way to make the same thing happen in the mini-profile as well?

I purposely didn't add the multiple numbers to the awards in the mini-profile, because the images would be way too small unless you have images the same size in the mini-profiles as they are displayed in the profile pages themselves.
If you have the awards in a pop-up, the numbers are added to the awards.. I'll look into adding an option for them to be added to the list option too, but I do honestly believe that they would be too small to be of use.

However, as the notification plugin will inevitably have to grab some data from the awards plugin in order to display those awards in a popup box I do not know how you can say one cannot effect the other. Especially as updating one and not the other has repeated the problem. The Awards Plugin is a stand-alone plugin, it neither requires nor looks for the Awards Notification Plugin, the Awards Notification plugin ONLY looks for the key data saved by the Awards Plugin, and as the format that that data has been saved in has not been changed since before the Awards Notification Plugin was written, there is simply no way that any updates to the Awards Plugin can effect the Awards Notification Plugin. As the pop-up is appearing empty, it is not seeing the Awards Plugin key, that, as far as I know, will only happen if either the Awards Plugin is not installed, or the Notification Plugin is above the Awards Plugin in the plugins list, that way it will be looking for the Plugin Data before it has been loaded. All I can suggest is that you make sure the Notification Plugin is below the Awards Plugin (it doesn't have to be directly below it) and maybe try clearing the Notification Plugins' key data. You say it's annoying 'a member', is only one member having this issue?

Thank you so much Todge! Is there any easy way to indicate you want a 'new line' to start after certain awards btw? Also I've now placed it 'where' I wish it to appear and its not working and its also refusing to respect the width of the area if I don't put in the div class="awards" (It's overflowing) So if I place it where I wish it to show up (Under the awards tab in the miniprofile when you hover it) shieldrp.com/thread/2638/use-alters?page=1&scrollTo=12611it goes nope and shows me a blank page and no awards are outputted If I leave it to show where it wants it makes a massive long line

The '<div class="awards"></div>' doesn't appear to be inside the mini-profile cell, that would be why it is being ignored.
If this isn't the case, can you PM me your mini-profile code and I'll take a closer look.
