Okay, either in your main or global footer (depending on if you want it to appear on just the main page, or on all pages, respectively), put this:

<br /><a href="Your Twitter Link here" target="_blank">Twitter</a>

</div>

I didn't know how you wanted them displayed, but why don't we start with that and let me know how it works for you and if you want something else.
